Repair or Partially Replace Vinyl Siding
When you need a Pro that's privately owned & managed and HONEST... call David ! He is hands-down The Best small business owner with big business years of experience. I Highly recommend David & his crew. He took the time to assure me that the HOA requirements were met; meanwhile the 'other guys' quoted me specs that were non-compliant because they didn't have the interest for such a small job like mine. Not mean to be negative- but David 's wheelhouse fit my budget, needs perfectly and recommend him & his crew HIGHLY. I will be calling him again for deck and other other repairs. Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof

Install or Completely Replace Synthetic Stucco
The company removed the stucco, fixed the water damage and applied the new siding. The front of the house has stone front which has water damage. They removed the water damaged portion of the stones, fixed the structure and applied the new stone and worked hard to match perfectly. Changed the gutter system with larger size gutters.

Spoke with David on Saturday morning he came by Saturday for estimate had the job done before noon on Sunday. Fast, clean and great work. Would highly recommend this company!

David and crew at M&D Siding are the absolute best. Top notch professionals. They give you a time when they're going to do the job and they show up on schedule. The work is superb. There's a reason they guarantee their workmanship. We're moving so when I sell this house and get another, my first call for anything that needs doing at the new digs will be M&D. FYI - we contracted for a new roof, new slider and new kitchen window, siding fix/replace and even help with replacing the screens and rotten wood on my screened in porch. They were done in no time and all looks fabulous. Hate to move now, but I know who to call in the future. Great job M&D!!!

David Perez came to my house and did a site survey of the work that I described wanting to be done. Soon after, the work began, and was finished within a few days. Vinyl siding was installed on the 1st and 2nd floor rear of my house. The finished product is so much better than I could have ever imagined. David's crew did an outstanding job. They covered every detail and went above and beyond to make sure that the work area was clean every day before they left. I got another quote from David Perez on a separate project on the last day of the vinyl siding installation. MD Siding proved to be an outstanding recommended contractor. They did an excellent job on my house. My neighbors saw the work and requested business cards as a result. Truly a top-notch contracting company. And Mr David Perez is a real gentleman. I will continue to use and recommend them.

I spoke with him on the phone and provided pictures of the job. He gave me an instant estimate and came out the next morning to repair my gutter, fix my rear roof, fixed another damaged area my roof. Very professional. He sent me pictures throughout the day of the progress. I would hire him again.

MD Siding provided a fair quote on a small siding job for a ranch house and also installed new seamless gutters and fascia. David was easy to contact via text or call. Work was done well, worked all day and finished in a timely manner. Everything looks great. Would definitely recommend them.
